Fair Day Schedule

Below is a comprehensive schedule for the Coriell Science Fair. This schedule is tentative and subject to change. The fair will be held Saturday, March 15th, at Rutgers-Camden University.

We strongly recommend students arrive the day before the Fair to check in and set up their project tri-fold boards in the Presentation Room. There will be a 1-hour window for Student Check-In and to Set up projects starting at 7:30 a.m. the morning of the Fair, for students who cannot complete Check-In/Set Up on 3/14. Final Check-Ins Need to occur before 8:15 a.m on 3/15. On Fair day, participants will meet with judges to discuss their projects in the gym before moving to the school's theatre for the awards ceremony. 

Fair Set-up Day - Friday - March 14, 2025

3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Main Student Registration/Check-In.

Students are highly encouraged to check in on 3/14, as the Fair starts promptly and those not checked in before 8:15 am on 3/15 will not be eligible to participate.

Fair Day - Saturday - March 15, 2025

7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

Final Student Check-In

  • Students who are unable to check-in on 3/14 may use this time to check-in/set up their projects. 
  • Final Check-Ins occur at 8:15 a.m., to ensure students are out of the Presentation Room by 8:30 a.m. Students must exit the Presentation room by 8:30 a.m.

Note: Students who check-in on Friday, 3/14, do not need to check-in again on Saturday. Checked-in students should plan to arrive by 9:45 a.m.

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Judging Period: Students are interviewed and will discuss their projects with judges. Students should arrive by 9:45 a.m.

Note: Parents, teachers, sponsors, etc., are not permitted to accompany students during this portion of the Fair.

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Student/Family Walkthrough 

  • Families are welcome to view projects in the Presentation Room. 
  • Tri-Fold poster boards should be removed from the Presentation Room by 1 p.m.
3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Award Ceremony held in Walter K. Gordon Theater.
