Coriell is a proud partner of the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium. A major goal of the project is to create a genome reference that is representative of human genetic diversity. Standard metrics for high-quality genome assemblies will be established and over 300 high-quality haplotype resolved human genomes will be produced. A sample repository containing specimens from participants enrolled in the study will also be established.
