Remarks |
The donor was diagnosed as trisomy 18 and had delayed physical and psychomotor development since birth. She developed Wilms tumor at 11 years of age. The biopsy was taken ante-mortem from skin of the deltoid area. The culture was initiated on 10/20/83 using explants of minced skin tissue. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Karyotype is 47,XX,+18. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
