The donor was diagnosed as Turner syndrome based on features of short stature, short neck and questionable low hairline. Patient also has some developmental delay. The culture was initiated from explants of minced right gonadal tissue obtained ante-mortem. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 45,X. A skin fibroblast culture from same donor is AG08606. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
