Breast cancer at age 35; mother had bilateral breast cancer at ages 35 and 50 and colon cancer at age 65; maternal grandmother had ovarian cancer at age 41. Four generational pedigree contains three cases of ovarian cancer, six cases of breast cancer, two of them bilaterial, and two cases of prostate. Mutation in BRCA1 is IVS8 +2 T>A. |
