Clinically affected; chest pain; heart problems being treated with medication; constipation; gastroesophageal reflux at night; infertlity; disc disease from C3-C7 most prominent at C4-C6; moderate stenosis; mild type-2 endplate changes in the mid and lower thoracic spine; small spur in th emid and lower thoracic spine with disc desiccation at all levels; minimal dural ectasia in lower thoracic spine; slight narrowing a the proximal petrous portion of the left internal carotid artery probably artifact from bony structure; small hemangioma in the L5 vertebral body; minimal type 2 endplate changes at the puerior endplate of L1 and L4; minimal disc buldge; affected cousins are GM21566 and GM22103); see GM22273 Fibroblast; donor subject is heterozygous for a C>T transition at nucleotide 3070 in exon 43 of the COL3A1 gene (c.3070C>T) resulting in the substitution of a stop codon for an arginine at codon 1024 [Arg1024Ter (R1024X)] |
