Remarks |
Yorkshire breed. The lung biopsy was taken immediately post-mortem. The culture was initiated using explants of minced tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 38,XX with 2% of the cells examined showing random chromosome gain. Other cultures from this pig are AG12362, AG12372, and AG12417. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
