Remarks |
Yorkshire breed. The skin biopsy was taken immediately post-mortem on 3/12/92. The culture was initiated using explants of minced tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 38,XX with 12% of the cells examined showing random chromosome loss/gain and 2% showing random chromosomal aberrations. Other cultures from this pig are AG12077 and AG12120. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
