Remarks |
The donor had a history of progressive dementia since age 87 years. Autopsy of brain revealed numerous neurofibrillary tangles and plaques. The skin biopsy was taken post-mortem on 6/17/85. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. Karyotypeis 46,XY; normal diploid male. Same subject as AG08258 (lymph) and AG27711 (stem cell).
