Duroc breed. The skin biopsy was taken immediately post-mortem on 4/9/85. The culture was initiated using explants of minced tissue. Cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 38,XX; normal diploid female. Other cultures from this pig are AG08114 and AG08116. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
