Remarks |
(Standardbred horse) This line was initiated by explant method using same biopsy material as AG8034. The thoracic aorta was removed post-mortem on 2/26/85. Strips of the medial layer were removed, minced, and used as explants to initiate the culture. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like and the karyotype is 64,XX; normal diploid female. Culture submittedby #0477. Other cultures from this horse are AG8032, AG8033, and AG8033A. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product. |
