The Finnish donor is clinically affected with features of photophobia, freckling, atrophy and telangiectasia of facial skin, severe neurological abnormalities with low IQ, and growth deficiency. The family history is positive with two similarly affected sibs. The blood specimen was obtained on 11/30/84. The culture was initiated by transformation of lymphocytes with Epstein Barr virus. The cells grow in suspension and their morphology is spherical. A skin fibroblast culture from same donor is AG07955. |
